Credit Card Information
All online orders for rentals will require a valid credit card to complete the Rental Agreement. Additional amounts will not be charged to your card unless you wish to extend your rental beyond the original term.
Rental Agreement Extension
Rentals are automatically renewed to the end of the current term unless requested otherwise. Once the first month has passed, it is possible to convert to a weekly rental option by request. This should be done by calling our Customer Service Team at +1 437-449-3397 before the end of the first rental term.
Rental Product Delivery Area
We offer regular delivery within our standard service area. For deliveries outside this area, please contact our Customer Service team to discuss arrangements.
Delivery Fee
Generally, we try to keep delivery charges very low. There may be additional delivery charges for customers living more than 30 km from our rental location in Concord, ON. The delivery coordinator will call you to plan the best delivery method available for you
Delivery Scheduling
We work very hard to accommodate your schedule. On the day of delivery, we will give you a 2-3 hour time window for when you can expect your rental to arrive.
Purchase After Rent
If you buy a new, equivalent item within 30 days following your renting it, we will apply rental charges against the regular price for that item. This promotion excludes discounted or promotional items.
